Police responded to reports of a man trying to hit a female officer with a hammer. He was shot and taken to a local hospital. Initial reports said the man was dead on arrival, but authorities later backtracked on that report.[1]
Marcus Clark, 26, a suspect in FL gas station robbery died in custody just after arrest.
Details are unclear: it could be from injuries resulting from arrest or it might have been a drug OD. Autopsy pending.
